Identifying the Problem
Our client contacted Protoplumb reporting a burst hot water unit resulting in a large water spill and no hot water. The Solution
Dave explained to the client that a crack in the cylinder of the hot water unit was irreparable and a replacement would be required. He provided the client with options for replacement to suit the families hot water needs and budget. The client selected a Rinnai Instantaneous Hot Water Unit.
Dave sourced, supplied and installed the new Hot Water Unit on the same day. Once installed, hot water was immediately restored. Dave cleaned up the site and disposed of the old unit.
